Recycling has become more and more important over the past decade.  States and Municipalities have imposed recycling mandates that affect everyone's lives, and the construction industry is affected as well.  Our demolition operations are geared toward recycling and we believe we are doing more than our part, as a company and as an industry.

Key Benefits

The environment benefits from these practices.
Reduces the amount of debris taken to landfills.
Recycling saves money and enables us to bid more competitively.

Capabilities

When we demolish or "deconstruct" a building, there are many ways of recycling.  Some examples include:

Concrete and Asphalt are crushed for use as roadbase
Lumber and plywood are sold and shipped to Mexico for reuse.
Metal is sold as scrap to processors
Bricks are cleaned, palleted and sold to building material yards or masons.
A variety of equipment and fixtures are dismantled, salvaged and sold.

As we move through this new era, we will find many ways of preserving our environment through recycling.  It is the way of the future and West Coast Land Clearing is ahead of the trend.
