West Coast Land Clearing is also a full service grading contractor.  We pride ourselves on the concept of giving our customers a sort of "turn key" service.   Once the land has been cleared of either buildings, paving, or brush, we have the capacity of performing the earthwork and handing over a "ready to build" site.   Many times the same equipment used for the demolition will remain on site to assist with the grading operation, and that saves time and money for both the client and ourselves. 

Our estimating department is equipped with computer digitizing equipment and programs to assure the most accurate earthwork quantities.

Our vast experience in earthwork has covered everything from grading for  single family homes to large industrial complexes.  We have moved dirt on projects that have ranged from a few cubic yards to over three million cubic yards. 

Import and Export of soil is required on virtually all projects.  West Coast Land Clearing can handle any amount of dirt because of the network of sources that we communicate with daily.

Our crew is also set up to perform hand backfill operations for retaining walls or planters. 

One area that we take a lot of pride in, is the finished product, fine grading each site to within a tenth of a foot with the use of laser technology.  The project's appearence is important, not only that the grades are correct, but that the site is clean and orderly.
