The demand for Tenent Improvements has increased with the building of so many office buildings over the past ten years, while the home and building remodeling market has remained as strong as ever. With this in mind, West Coast Land Clearing has developed a specialized crew that concentrates mainly on "soft demo".

Our "soft demo" crew consists of ten to fifteen men, three bobcat loaders with attachments including concrete breakers, and two "rolloff" trucks.   They are experts at working in tight quarters and protecting existing improvements that remain.  Some, if not most, of the work is done by hand with support by the bobcats.
