Demolition is a unique profession that requires engineering skill and specialized techniques applied with an abundance of knowledge and experience.  West Coast Land Clearing is qualified and experienced to complete a wide variety of demolition projects, large or small.

Additionally, we complete our projects in a timely manner and adhere to a strict safe practices program.  Members of our staff are also 40 hour hazwoper trained.

West Coast Land Clearing has been an active member of the National Association of Demolition Contractors (NADC) for many years.  Dave Thomas spent twelve years on the NADC board of directors and served a two year term as the President of the Southern California Chapter of the NADC.  Rob Thomas is currently on the So. Cal Chapter board of directors.

This involvement helps us keep up with the many new regulations that affect our industry, so that we can continue to offer our clients the best possible service while limiting possible legal exposure that could result from the actions of an unprepared contractor.
